I purchased the detangler and leave-in conditioner and they are both excellent. They left my hair smooth and shiny and that lasts for days. Looking forward to trying the rest of the products.
After color treating my hair for years, and aging a few too, my hair needed help. I am so glad I gave this a shot. My hair is already improving and is getting better each time I use it. Highly recommend!
I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for about four weeks. I love the smell of both products and my hair does seem a little thicker. I am 70 years old and I do have problems with the bottles. I’m not able to open them very easily. They don’t exactly screw on or off and they are not a squeeze bottle. After I’ve used the shampoo or conditioner I try to screw the top back on, but it’s not a screw on, it latches somehow which I do not like. I am also not a fan of leaving the conditioner on for five minutes in the shower. I’d rather have something a little bit shorter time.
I received my shampoo product two weeks ago. I am very picky with what I put in my hair. Plus my hair is color treated so I am wary. However, I decided to give commence a try and so far so good. My hair looks healthy, soft and less frizzy.
I’ve used the shampoo, conditioner, serum, and detangler for a couple of weeks now and just added the leave-in conditioner. These products surprisingly worked after only one use to make my hair look healthy and more vibrant. At 50 years old, my hair has become thin and dull but Commence has been even better than the Oribe I was using. The scent is amazing. My only suggestion is to change the bottles. They look more like something marketed for teens rather than the target consumer of, well, more advanced age. However, these products are incredible. I’m so glad I took a chance and ordered.
I wanted to love these products (shampoo, conditioner & root serum) but, after using for a short period of time the products make my hair very flat. The products make my hair shiny, but I have no body in my hair after using. I do have shorter hair, so don’t know if that is the reason.
I have used the shampoo, conditioner, root serum & detangle spray two times now. So far I feel my hair feels softer & not as frizzy.
The bottles are hard to squeeze because they are so large. Someone with arthritis can't easily squeeze them. My hair doesn't seem any different since I've been using these products.
The shampoo and conditioner smell good and are nice products, but too pricey for the size. I appreciate the large font on the labels, but the conditioner bottle seems a little stiff and hard to squeeze out product.
I am sorry to write this. I was very disappointed in the root serum, shampoo and conditioner. The first thing I noticed was the smell. I thought it smelled bad. I had my daughter smell it and she said it smells like cleaning chemicals for your house. The serum made my hair feel oily and dirty. I did like the bottles a lot. But the product themselves, I was sadly unimpressed :(
I have used the shampoo, conditioner and root serum for about a week and so far I’m happy with the results. My hair is in horrible condition post menopause and I was desperate. The feel and texture of my hair is already smoother and less brittle. Hoping for less shedding, fingers crossed!
I love both the shampoo and the conditioner. My hair smells so good, feels thicker, and to my surprise, my hair was wavier than usual! The conditioner is difficult, but doable, to squeeze out of the bottle. Although I really like the products, they are expensive, so I'm not going to use them on a regular basis. I'm also not sure I will buy again.
I was expecting a better product. I see no difference in my hair except my hair seems to tangle more. For the price and size of the bottles, I am disappointed.

I Love both the shampoo and cream rinse!! My hair feels thick and healthy. But, what I really like too is the large letters on the bottles that specify with is shampoo and cream rinse. It was worth the price I paid for the products!!

don't like set detox shampoo, conditioner and serum. makes my hair feel like straw.

I absolutely love this conditioner. It controlled my hair from getting frizzy in the humidity. I have tried several products and this is the only one that fixed it.
I'm 61 and my hair has changed. It was dryer and duller. Now with Commence, my natural red hair has never looked better!
I was skeptical about this product but it really does make your hair thicker!! I love it, plan to keep usually it!!! I’m excited to try the dry shampoo next!!
